Los Angeles music lovers are in for a treat this evening as legendary songwriter Paul Simon brings his acclaimed A Quiet Celebration Tour to the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
After launching in April 2025 in New Orleans, Simon’s tour has since made stops in cities like New York, Nashville, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Long Beach.
Tonight marks his second of a six-show Los Angeles-area stint before he heads north to San Francisco, Vancouver, and Seattle to close out the tour.
A Quiet Celebration Tour
This intimate spring–summer leg supports his Grammy-nominated 2023 album Seven Psalms.
Simon has chosen smaller, acoustically optimized venues to preserve his hearing — after retiring in 2018 due to hearing loss — and designed a stage setup to accommodate those challenges. Fans can expect a mix of stripped-down tracks from Seven Psalms alongside reimagined classics.
Expect an emotionally rich night of storytelling and song, including deep acoustic renditions of timeless hits alongside recent, reflective compositions.
Paul’s carefully curated band will create a warm, intimate atmosphere, showcasing his voice and lyrical craft in a pristine setting.
