The Indiana Pacers try to finish the series with the Milwaukee Bucks at home at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Indiana looks to repeat its dominant Game 4 performance, in which they shot 60.2% from the field, including 46.2% from three, while limiting the Bucks to just a 41.6% shooting percentage.
The Pacers had a robust defensive effort, led by Miles Turner, who had four of the team’s seven blocked shots, limiting the Bucks to 38 points in the paint.
Tonight, the weight is almost entirely on Giannis Antetokounmpo, who has been stellar for the Bucks, averaging 33.8 points per game and 14.3 rebounds, and 5 assists. Expect another 30-point performance from the Greek Freak.
But this is the playoffs. And now more than ever, a team effort is required to advance. Giannis won’t get it tonight, given the season-ending Achilles injury to Damian Lillard.
The Bucks’ season will likely come to an end tonight. Once these 48 minutes are over, they’ll have to shift their focus to bringing on a new piece to fill the void left by Lillard, who will likely be out for the entire 2025-26 season.
