Updated NBA Playoffs 2025 Bracket
Here’s the current NBA Playoffs bracket after Saturday’s Game 1s:

Saturday’s Results – Game 1 Highlights
New York Knicks 123, Detroit Pistons 112
The Pistons actually led minutes into the fourth quarter, but the Knicks saved themselves from embarrassment by turning it on late in the game with a 21-0 run. Jalen Brunson led the way with 34 points to lead New York past a scrappy Detroit team in Game 1 at Madison Square Garden.
Game 2 between the Pistons and Knicks is set for 7:30 PM Eastern on Monday, April 21, at Madison Square Garden.
Indiana Pacers 117, Milwaukee Bucks 98
Pascal Siakam led the way with 25 points as one of six Indiana Pacers who scored in double digits as Milwaukee struggled to score without Damian Lillard on the court.
The Bucks-Pacers series continues with Game 2 on Tuesday, April 22, at 7:30 PM Eastern at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Denver Nuggets 112, LA Clippers 110 (OT)
Nikola Jokic delivered a 29-point, 12-assist performance and was one rebound shy of a triple-double in the overtime thriller at home. This looks like it will be an extended series.
Game 2 between the Clippers and the Nuggets is set for 8:00 PM Mountain on Tuesday, April 22, at Ball Arena.
Minnesota Timberwolves 117, Los Angeles Lakers 95
It was raining threes in L.A. Unfortunately for the Lakers, it was on their defensive end. The Timberwolves defeated the Lakers in the biggest upset of Saturday, with a balanced effort. Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, and Naz Reid all chipped in 20 points or more in the win. Luka Doncic scored 37 in his Lakers playoff debut, but the rest of the Lakers were a dismal 34% from the field.
The Lakers-Timberwolves series continues with Game 2 on Tuesday night at 7:00 PM Pacific at Crypto.com Arena.
NBA Schedule Today – Sunday, April 20
Memphis Grizzlies at Oklahoma City Thunder
Time: 1:00 PM Eastern
TV: ABC
Venue: Paycom Center, Oklahoma City, OK
Top-seeded OKC tips off its postseason at home. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the Thunder against the 8th-seeded Grizzlies, which made it through the Play-In.
Orlando Magic at Boston Celtics
Time: 3:30 PM Eastern
TV: ABC
Venue: TD Garden, Boston, MA
The Celtics open their title defense at home. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown face off against the young Magic core led by Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner.
While the Magic own the season series 2-1, one of those wins was without Brown or Tatum playing, and the other was with Tatum sitting on the bench.
Miami Heat at Cleveland Cavaliers
Time: 7:00 PM Eastern
TV: TNT
Venue: Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Cleveland, OH
The Miami Heat enter as the first 10-seed to ever reach the first-round through the play-in. They look to make history by pulling off another upset: defeating the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers, powered by Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley. As they say, lightning doesn’t strike in the same place twice.
Golden State Warriors at Houston Rockets
Time: 9:30 PM Eastern
TV: TNT
Venue: Toyota Center, Houston, TX
This is a battle between youth and experience. The Golden State Warriors bring championship pedigree to Houston, where the young Rockets return to the playoffs led by Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun.
